What time will the event start?
The VIP intimate session (pre-party) will start at 5:30 pm EST.
The main event will start at 7:00 pm EST
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
There are no refunds; however, you can transfer your ticket to someone else before the transfer deadline of 12 pm EST on September 1st. Please note we will provide proof of cancellation policy for all credit card/bank disputes.
Is there limited space/tickets?
Yes, it is! We will only allow 20 couples for the VIP session to ensure it's intimate. All tickets are first come, first served. Once tickets are sold out, we are unable to accommodate more guests.

Is there a dress code for the event?
Wear your best sexy/casual dinner & date night attire. If your partner told you to get sexy because they have a surprise for you, wear that. Think of sexy, handsome, cute, and romantic. We've included some ideas below:
How do I reserve my room at the hotel?
Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email confirming your reservation and additional details including the code to use when reserving your room.
Is parking at the venue free?
Yes. Complimentary On-Site Parking is available.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes. For the Sweetheart and VIP couples ticket, you CAN pay in 2 installments. At the time of purchase, your card will be charged for the first installment. Your card will be automatically charged the following month for the second payment. No refunds are available and we are unable to admit you if only 1 payment/partial payment has been made.
Are early bird discount tickets available?
Yes, early bird tickets will be available until June 17th.
I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?
Yes, when purchasing your ticket, please complete that section letting us know your needs.
How far is the venue from the Raleigh-Durham airport?
The venue is 11 miles from the closest airport (RDU). Please reach out to the hotel if shuttle service is required.
Can I buy tickets onsite?
Unfortunately not. Ticket sales will end a few weeks before the event date.
